Sandra Rodriguez grew up in Kitchener-Waterloo. She attended the University of Waterloo where she earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She then went on to earn her law degree at the University of Western Ontario. Her law career was focused on corporate restructuring, representing financial institutions and large corporate clients, but she has moved into personal injury law. She has been involved in all aspects of transactional work, including negotiating and preparing a variety of business agreements, such as forbearance agreements, asset purchase agreements, assignment agreements and credit facility agreements, amongst others. Sandra is experienced in representing her clients on a variety of motions before the Ontario Superior Court.
Sandra made the move to personal injury law as her previous work was not as personal as she would like for it to be. Specifically, Sandra is eager to see her work make a difference in her clients’ lives. By moving to a personal injury practice, she hopes to connect to her clients in a deeper, more meaningful way. Sandra will apply her excellent listening skills, persistence and analytical skills to ensure her clients feel fully looked after throughout their time working with her. She prides herself on being approachable, kind, considerate and honest. She sets goals for herself and never gives up on reaching them.
Sandra is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society. She has been a volunteer with KidsAbility and with organizations that provide food to the homeless.
Sandra is happy to be back living in Kitchener-Waterloo. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She is an avid hockey fan who loves going to games. She also loves going to the gym and makes time to recharge and workout.
